Why do I see dream? And Why do I forget dreams?

Everyone see dreams during their sleep, and some also see dreams while their eyes open.

But, Today in this post will only talk about the dreams which we see in our sleep.
Dreams are very creative and useful.

So let's start it, by knowing reasons behind your dreams.

Why I see Dreams ?

Psychologists still don’t understand the function of dreaming.

But, the result got by many studies give out some functions. 


So, let's know about them:

  • Dreams help us cope with painful
  • memories.
  • Dreams make us smarter and more creative during our waking hours.
  • Dreams might recharge your brain.
  • And the most important function of dreams is that: Dreams certainly relates to memory, either by helping to consolidate the day’s events or enabling us to forget unwanted detail so we don’t become overloaded. 

So, these are the some basic functions of dreams, which are very helpful for our body and mind growth.

Now, let's put one step forward and know Why do we forget dreams?

Before knowing this let's find one more thing.

Did I ever seen any dream?

Most of the people think that they did see dreams.

But the reality is more than this. The reality is:
You can't stay alive without seeing dreams.

And reality is that you all see dreams but you forgot them.

Why do I forget Dreams ?

In this case, recalling our dreams might not actually be helpful, though. 

During vivid dreaming, serotonin and noradrenaline levels are low and this might affect recall. 

But perhaps the main reason is that most of our waking memories make sense and are interlinked. 

When remembering what you had for breakfast today, you can probably link that to memories of getting up, feeding the cat and other small events.

But dreams are usually illogical and their events are unrelated. 

So when we try to recall them, we can’t follow a sensible thread and the previously vivid details just slip away.

Dreams are just some moment during your sleep. They are just because to arrange our memory systematically.

We can't remember because if we keep remember them then they also create a problems for our memory. Because dreams are here to remove bad memory and to remove them they have remove themselves also.

Like, without removing old you can't input new.
